Her extensive experience in law enforcement laid a solid foundation for her subsequent roles in security management. As the Security Manager at Sasol National Key Point (Natcos) in Durban, she was instrumental in overseeing and implementing robust security measures at one of South Africa's critical infrastructure sites.
Winile's dedication to professional growth led her to pursue advanced academic qualifications. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Durban University of Technology (DUT), a Bachelor of Technology in Policing, and a Bachelor of Security Risk Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Her academic achievements complement her practical experience, solidifying her as an expert in the field.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Winile is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment in the security sector. She is the Founding Director and Chairperson of the Women in Security South Africa Association (WISSAA), where she works tirelessly to support and advance the interests of women in the industry, fostering a community of collaboration and empowerment.
